The service

Trendy Wendy Weekly ("we," "us") is a $19.99/month subscription. Each week you receive one report and one data file (velocity.csv) by email, covering Amazon bestseller-rank movement with a Walmart and TikTok Shop cross-check. Billing is handled by Stripe and renews monthly until you cancel.

What this is, and isn't

This is a research report built from marketplace bestseller data we scan on a schedule. It is not investment, business, or purchasing advice, and we make no promise about what will sell or how any product you stock will perform. A fuller account of what the data can and can't show is on the homepage, under "What it is not."

Your account and payment

You provide a working email address and valid payment method via Stripe at signup. You're responsible for keeping both current — a failed payment can pause delivery. Prices are shown in USD and may change for future billing periods with notice.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time at Manage your subscription; you keep access through the period you already paid for. See the Refund Policy for how refunds work separately from cancellation.

Using what you receive

Citing a number or a trend from the report in your own content — a video, a post, a newsletter — is what the subscription is for. What's not permitted: redistributing velocity.csv itself, republishing the report wholesale, or sharing your subscription access with people who haven't paid for it.

No guarantees

The report is provided "as is." We work to keep the underlying scans accurate, but marketplaces change without notice, and we don't guarantee the data is complete, current, or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for decisions made based on this report, including purchasing or stocking decisions.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the effective date above and, for current subscribers, say so in an email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
