Refund Policy

Full refund, no questions asked, within 14 days of any charge. Email trendywendyweekly@gmail.com with the email address you subscribed under and we'll refund that charge.

Refunds and cancellation are two different things

Cancelling your subscription (at Manage your subscription) stops future charges and lets you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for — it does not, by itself, refund a charge you've already made. If you also want that charge back, email us within the 14-day window above.

After 14 days

We'll still read your email. A refund outside the 14-day window isn't automatic, but email us and tell us what happened — we'd rather know than have you quietly cancel and never tell us why.

How a refund is paid

Back to the original payment method, via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of us processing it.
